The NTI is a very small appliance usually worn at night which protects the teeth from destructive grinding and clenching wear and will eliminate many other associated symptoms such as facial muscle soreness, tension headaches, and migraines. NTI devices are easily made and much more acceptable to many patients than traditional bulky nightguards and splints.
